VENUE : PENANG, MALAYSIA

Renowned across Asia for its rich blend of eastern cultures, Penang stands as Malaysia's ultimate cultural melting pot. Along its streets, roadside vendors proudly offer some of the world's most delectable street food, while its national parks boast stunning white-sand beaches and diverse wildlife. UNESCO-listed George Town, brimming with colorful heritage houses, serves as the vibrant and multicultural capital of this Malaysian island. Once a significant trading hub in the Straits of Malacca, the city now showcases a captivating mix of British colonial buildings, Chinese shophouses, and mosques. Beyond the historical charm of the old town, George Town transforms into a modern metropolis featuring soaring skyscrapers and bustling shopping malls. Overlooking this dynamic cityscape is the lush Penang Hill, inviting visitors to enjoy hiking and a funicular railway experience.

Situated northwest of George Town, Batu Ferringhi emerges as an inviting beach resort on Penang Island, Malaysia. Recognized for its water sports and seafood restaurants, the area also boasts a seafront night market where one can indulge in street food and find a variety of household goods and batik clothing for sale. Local galleries and shops proudly display beautiful batik pieces, while to the west lies the captivating Tropical Spice Garden, featuring spice terraces, bamboo gardens, and an array of tropical flowers.
